Stunting and underweight remain nutritional problems in toddlers, impacting their physical growth, cognitive development, and long-term health. Monitoring of integrated health service posts (Posyandu) in Brenggong Village, Purworejo Regency, from December 2025 to January 2026, revealed that toddlers with poor nutritional status, particularly underweight, are still at risk of stunting. This issue highlights the need for ongoing prevention and management efforts by strengthening the role of Posyandu cadres as the spearhead of health services at the village level. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and role of Posyandu cadres through the socialization of the 3P Movement (Monitoring, Assistance, and Nutritional Intelligence) in preventing stunting and underweight in toddlers. The implementation method includes assisting Posyandu toddlers in six neighborhood units (RW) in Brenggong Village through anthropometric measurements, providing Supplementary Feeding (PMT), and providing nutrition education to mothers of toddlers. Furthermore, the 3P Movement was socialized to all Posyandu cadres by providing educational media in the form of a stunting and underweight bulletin board. The results of the activity indicate that the integrated health service post (Posyandu) plays a crucial role in early detection of toddler nutritional issues, and that the Posyandu cadres' understanding of toddler growth and development monitoring, mentoring families of toddlers with nutritional problems, and providing nutrition education based on local foods has increased. This activity is expected to support positive community behavior change and contribute to a sustainable reduction in the risk of stunting and underweight in Brenggong Village.
